Boskoff Construction needed materials to profile the company and each of their custom home models. A letter page format was decided upon for the flexibility of creating a media kit folder at a later time, as well as the ability to hand out individual pages to potential customers as they are interested in a particular model. Each designed sheet features artist renderings and full floor plans on the front, and breaks down more detailed information on the back. The cool color schemes played off their existing logo and the layout was kept simple, clean and crisp.
